Refund policy

Items purchased online may be returned for store credit within 14 business days of receipt of package. 

To return an item for store credit, please notify the Gallery by email and include tracking for the items being returned. Once the Gallery receives the product, it will be inspected for damage. If the item is accepted for return we will issue store credit within 48 hours of receipt. 

For returns to be processed items must be

- returned in the original packaging

-in the condition in which the item was sent

Rings that have been resized upon client request are not eligible for return.
